The therapist suggested Christian walk to PT today. I think it's now going to be an every day thing. Dad was assigned to follow close behind; wheel chair at the ready. So the video is short (but sweet). It took 3 rest stops but he walked the whole way. Yahoo!
WHAT A STUD! Keep up the hard work.

Wow! Made me cry with joy. Hey, maybe I'll come back up in a few weeks and race you down the hall. . . By then you'll probably be running! Love, Aunt Marilyn
ReplyDeleteNice Work!
ReplyDeleteI have nothing but hope for your future, Christian.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I think of you I think of two things: My brother, who also broke his neck and a few months later was back at work as a finish carpenter, and my 8-month old baby, who is working on the same things as you: working her hands, learning how to sit, standing, and eventually running and walking.
You have my brother's injury, and also his resolve.
You have my daughter's infectious smile, and lack of doubt.
I have nothing but hope for a great future for you.
Amazing. You look great!
ReplyDeleteGo Christian, go!!
ReplyDeleteWe always knew you were a rock star!
Love You,
Amy and Matt
